Hi . . . just a little bit about me . . .
I have a Masters Degree from
Eastern Illinois University and am a licensed
Illinois Real Estate Broker.
I moved to Danville in 1984 from
Southern Indiana, and worked at the
Commercial-News in advertising sales, where I
learned a lot and met lots of local people. In
1999 I began my endeavour in the real estate field
and am still working there diligently today.
Over the years, I have invested in
Danville , by not only living and working here,
but by volunteering with many great
organizations. I have been involved in Jaycees,
been a member of Leadership Class X, helped raise
funds for the library, the YMCA and the United
Way. I’ve rang bells for the Salvation Army and
delivered Meals-on-Wheels. I’ve been president of
Rotary, Executive Club and the Danville Area Board
of Realtors and in 2010 I was given the honor of
being named the Realtor of the Year.
My passion is gardening and my love
of animals, especially dogs. My husband and I,
Frank Atwood, built a home here and plan to
continue to live and work here, using this as our
home base, as we hopefully get to travel more in
the future.
